Private Hire Bookings with Immacul8 are subject to the following terms and conditions

All bookings are subject to payment at commencement of journey.

Please advise us of any delay or change to your journey, as soon as possible.

Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior to travel are subject to a fee of £25

Immacul8 reserve the right to charge additional fees for waiting times longer than 1 hour at a cost of £10 per hour.

Immacul8 reserve the right to charge for damage caused to the vehicle by passengers.

Immacul8 will charge £100 if a passenger vomits in the vehicle to cover loss of earnings and in-depth valeting of vehicle.

Immacul8 accept no responsibility for missed flights and connections due to delays and circumstances beyond our control. Please allow enough time for your journey. Contact us for advice on journey times.
